 According to the Code of the Order of the Brethren-

 *Captain Jack’s Brews ‘N Cues is a private bar and billiard establishment. Each Member must be prepared to show their Membership Card.

*Each member and their guest(s) must sign the Member Log each time they visit.

*Each Member is responsible for their actions and the actions and conduct of their guests.

*If a member or guest acts inappropriately, you will be warned. 3 warnings will result in suspension. 

*Each member and their guest must show a valid State Driver’s License or ID to purchase or partake in any “spirits” from the bar.

*No smoking or Vaping inside of the establishment.

*Absolutely no outside food or drinks are aloud inside the establishment.

*APA Dress Code is strictly enforced. Tournament rules & code apply.

*No sitting or lying on top of the pool tables. This includes all rails.

*No standing or jumping off of the pool tables

*No cue cases on the pool tables at any time. 

*Please store cue cases in the appropriate location.

*No slamming balls or cues on floors or tables.

*Please do not sit any food or drinks on the pool tables. They are NOT coasters or place mats.

*No “Spirits” aloud outside of the designated areas without a "Social District Cup".

*No illegal activity on property. Zero tolerance. If any illegal activity is brought to our attention, immediate actions will take place. 

*No Masse`

*Captain Jack’s is not responsible for any pool cases not locked in an assigned locker. (Lockers are available for rent. If your fees aren’t paid Captain Jack’s reserves the right to cut off a member or guest's lock.

*All APA rules and code of conduct apply during each league events.

*All membership fees must be paid and up to date.
